People Media Factory has issued an official apology to the Censor Board and the Censor Officer following controversial comments made by actor Bandi Saroj during a recent promotional event.

In their statement, the production house clarified that the remarks were “unintended” and did not reflect the company’s views. They emphasized their “highest respect for the Censor Board and its process,” adding that the comment was not pre-planned in any manner. The team further assured that the particular clip is being removed from all platforms.

The controversy began when Bandi Saroj claimed that his film received an A certificate because the Censor Board members were “terrified” by his powerful performance. His statement drew criticism, prompting People Media Factory to take responsibility and issue a formal apology.

The note, signed by producer TG Vishwa Prasad, thanked the Censor Board for its “continued cooperation and support,” reiterating that the company values the Board’s role and remains committed to maintaining professional standards.
