Pawan Kalyan Brings Vintage Energy to OG Event
Pawan Kalyan arrived on stage with a katana in hand, stunning the massive crowd and reminding them of his Kushi days. “In my life, I never came like this to an audio function,” he said, holding the sword high. “Sujeeth made it, but he made it for you.” His fiery presence sent the audience into a frenzy as fans cheered and waved banners.
Pawan recited Washi Yo Washi, a dialogue-musical piece director Sujeeth wrote, live on stage and created one of the most thrilling moments of the night. He praised Sujeeth’s passion and recalled how the director once wore a Johnny headband for a month as a fan. “When he narrates a story, he narrates it in pieces. But when I saw what he shot, I understood what he had in mind!” said Pawan.
Pawan Praises Team and Shares Personal Confession
The actor showered love on the entire team and called Sujeeth and composer Thaman the “two stars of this film.” He credited cinematographers Ravi K Chandran and Manoj Paramahamsa for capturing stunning visuals and appreciated production designer A S Prakash for building an authentic world for OG. Pawan revealed that Sujeeth made him learn Japanese for his role as Ojas Gambheera, a ruthless gangster.
In an emotional moment, Pawan said, “After Kushi, I see the same josh now for OG. Even though I left movies and entered politics, you never left me. I fight for the people with the strength you give me.” He laughed and said the team made him forget he serves as the Deputy CM.
