Nani Locks Period Drama After The Paradise, Fans Excited for Big-Budget Lineup

Natural Star Nani is on a roll with an exciting lineup of films, and fans can’t wait. The latest update confirms that Nani gave the green signal to a period drama directed by Hi Nanna fame Shouryuv. This project brings a fresh, big-budget action-packed drama and marks Shouryuv’s first attempt at this unique genre. The team will officially announce the film during Sankranthi 2026. Nani will begin shooting right after he completes his film with Sujeeth.

Nani Pushes The Paradise Toward Grand Release

Before jumping into the period drama, Nani continues to focus on The Paradise, a high-voltage action drama directed by Srikanth Odela. The team will wrap up the shoot early next year and release the film worldwide on March 26, 2026. The makers are bringing it out in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Spanish, aiming to give Telugu cinema global reach. Sudhakar Cherukuri’s SLV Cinemas and Nani’s Unanimous Productions jointly produce the film. The makers are in talks with a Hollywood studio to enhance the VFX and deliver a visually spectacular experience.

Mohan Babu Takes a Crucial Role

Actress Lakshmi Manchu revealed that her father, legendary actor Mohan Babu, plays a key role in The Paradise. She praised his discipline and said he works out regularly to stay fit for the demanding role. She also applauded her brother Manchu Manoj for his strong comeback as the antagonist in Mirai, calling his journey and performance inspiring.

After The Paradise, Nani will jump straight into Sujeeth’s stylish action drama, planned with a record-breaking budget and aiming for a late 2026 release. Nani also began discussions with TJ Gnanavel of Jai Bhim fame for a future collaboration.
