In a significant development, Telangana Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy visited former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu at his Undavalli camp office to formally invite him to the Telangana Rising Summit. Naidu is expected to attend the event in Hyderabad as the chief guest, which aims to attract major investments to the state.

He clarified that the remarks were made during a tense political atmosphere and were never intended to insult or personally attack the Jana Sena chief.
Komatireddy explained that political statements often arise from heated situations and should not be viewed as personal grievances. He stressed that he holds no personal issues with Pawan Kalyan and believes leaders should prioritize development and cooperation between the two Telugu states instead of creating unnecessary disputes.
The minister also lauded Chandrababu Naidu’s long-term vision, stating that his strategic planning for Andhra Pradesh in 2020 played a major role in shaping modern Hyderabad and attracting large-scale investments. He emphasized that progress in one Telugu state naturally benefits the other due to shared culture, history, and economic ties.
Komatireddy concluded by saying that misunderstandings or harsh political words should not disturb harmony between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. He urged both states to work collaboratively for development, job creation, and better opportunities for youth, farmers, and the common public.
