Known for his admiration of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan, Ravi Teja, who is fluent in Hindi, has often showcased his love for the iconic actor by imitating him in some of his films. In a momentous development, Ravi Teja’s exciting new project with Harish Shankar now has an impactful title – “Mr Bachchan.” The title poster reveals Ravi Teja striking the iconic pose of Amitabh Bachchan, seated stylishly on an old scooter, sporting shades. The backdrop features Natraj theater and an image of Amitabh Bachchan, creating intrigue about Ravi Teja’s character in the film. The tagline, borrowing from Big B’s famous dialogue – “Naam Toh Suna Hoga,” further adds to the movie’s appeal.

Opposite Ravi Teja in this enchanting collaboration is Bhagyashree Borse. The film will be produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the People Media Factory banner, with Vivek Kuchibhotla serving as the co-producer. Panorama Studios and T-Series are jointly presenting the movie.

Mickey J Meyer is set to compose the music, while Ayananka Bose will handle the cinematography. Avinash Kolla serves as the production designer, and Ujwal Kulkarni takes charge of the editing.

The grand launch ceremony, attended by the entire team and esteemed guests, saw Ravi Teja, TG Vishwa Prasad, Vivek Kuchibhotla, and Raghu Rama Krishna presenting the script to director Harish Shankar. The muhurtham shot was captured with Kumar Mangat Pathak sounding the clapboard on Ravi Teja, while K Raghu Rama Krishna and TG Bharath jointly initiated the camera. VV Vinayak took on the honorary role of directing the muhurtham shot.

As Ravi Teja exclaimed, “Mr Bachchan… Naam Toh Suna Hoga!” during the muhurtham shot, the launch set the stage for what promises to be an exciting and mass-pleasing cinematic experience.
