Maremma Teaser Hints at a Dark, Intense Rural Action Drama

Maadhav Bhupathiraju, nephew of star Ravi Teja, is set to make his big-screen debut with Maremma, a gritty rural action drama directed by Manchala Nagaraj. The film’s teaser offers a compelling first look and immediately draws attention with its dark tone and rooted storytelling.

The teaser opens with a mysterious outbreak devastating a village, claiming the lives of both people and cattle. As fear and desperation grip the locals, they turn to their village deity, Maremma Thalli, praying for divine intervention to end their suffering.

Maadhav plays the guardian of the goddess’s sacred bull, a role central to the narrative. When the revered animal suddenly goes missing, the incident sets off a chain of intense and dramatic events, which the makers promise will unfold on the big screen.

Deepa Balu stars as the female lead, while Vinod Kumar, Vikas Vasishta, Dayanand Reddy, V.S. Rupa Lakshmi, and others appear in key supporting roles. Maremma is said to be inspired by true events and is produced by Mayur Reddy Bandaru under the Moksha Arts banner. The film’s background score is composed by Prashanth R Vihari, adding to its gripping atmosphere.
