Bollywood PR machinery is once again at work, this time linking Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 star Kartik Aaryan with South actress Sreeleela. According to reports, Kartik’s PR team is known for creating such dating rumors to generate buzz for upcoming projects. This isn’t the first time similar tactics have been used, and many believe it’s just another promotional gimmick.

Speculation about Kartik and Sreeleela’s alleged romance gained traction after his mother, Mala Tiwari, made an interesting remark at the IIFA Awards 2025. When asked about her expectations for her future daughter-in-law, she responded, “The family’s demand is a very good doctor.” The comment caught attention because Sreeleela is pursuing a medical degree, leading netizens to assume that she was the person Mala Tiwari was hinting at.

Adding to the buzz, a viral video surfaced showing Sreeleela attending a family event at Kartik’s house. The occasion was reportedly a celebration for his sister, Dr. Kritika Tiwari, marking a significant achievement in her medical career. Sreeleela was seen enjoying herself and dancing with guests, further fueling dating rumors.

Nora Fatehi’s Playful Dig at Kartik Aaryan’s Dating History

At the same IIFA event, Nora Fatehi trolled Kartik over his long list of rumored relationships. While co-hosting the show with Karan Johar, Kartik interacted with Nora, leading to a hilarious moment. Karan jokingly asked Nora if she would travel to London with a first-class ticket. When she playfully asked if Karan was accompanying her, he clarified that he meant Kartik. Seizing the opportunity, Nora quipped, “Is there anyone in the industry you haven’t dated?” The audience erupted in laughter as Kartik playfully responded, “She is just asking a question.”

Kartik has previously been linked to Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Ananya Panday, making Nora’s comment all the more amusing for fans.

Interestingly, Kartik and Sreeleela are also set to share the screen in Anurag Basu’s upcoming project, produced by Bhushan Kumar under the T-Series banner. While the title is yet to be confirmed, reports suggest it could be Aashiqui 3, the next installment in the popular franchise. A teaser clip from the film recently surfaced, showing Kartik performing Tu Meri Zindagi with a rugged look, featuring long hair and a heavy beard.

Given Kartik’s history of being linked to his co-stars, many believe that the romance rumors with Sreeleela are just another PR stunt. However, only time will tell if there’s any truth behind the speculation.
