Indian cinema is set for a historic on-screen reunion as Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan and Superstar Rajinikanth come together for an exciting new project. The announcement glimpse, released by the makers, has already created massive buzz among fans across the country.

The stylish video features director Nelson Dilipkumar and music composer Anirudh Ravichander in a playful, retro-themed setup. The fun banter between the director and composer sets the tone before the two legends make their grand entry. Dressed in vintage outfits, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan walk into a garage with effortless swag, elevating the excitement to another level.

The glimpse cleverly ends with a teasing question: “Who is the hero of the movie?” leaving fans intrigued and fueling endless discussions on social media.

The film is being produced by Red Giant Movies, with Anirudh composing the music. This project marks a landmark reunion for Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth, who last shared screen space in the 1979 fantasy entertainer Allauddinum Albhutha Vilakkum.

One of the most talked-about aspects of the glimpse is Rajinikanth lending his own voice to the announcement video. While Kamal Haasan is known for providing voiceovers, this marks a rare instance of Rajinikanth doing so adding a special charm to the promo. Whether he continues this for the entire film remains to be seen.

Interestingly, Nelson previously collaborated with Rajinikanth in Jailer, and their upcoming sequel Jailer 2 is currently in production. This new venture will mark Nelson’s third collaboration with Rajinikanth and his first with Kamal Haasan making it a truly special cinematic event.
