James Cameron’s Comments on ‘Varanasi’; Avatar Director’s Viral Chat with SS Rajamouli

There is no denying that ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli attained global recognition with RRR (Rise Roar Revolt). The film didn’t just become a massive success in India but also caught the attention of world-renowned directors like James Cameron and Steven Spielberg, who openly shared their excitement and admiration for Rajamouli’s work. During the conversation, Cameron expressed his desire to visit the Varanasi sets and witness the magic Rajamouli is creating. Responding warmly, Rajamouli said Cameron would be most welcome and that it would be an absolute honor for them.

When Cameron asked about the film’s progress, Rajamouli revealed that the shoot has been underway for about a year and is expected to be completed in another seven to eight months. Adding a light-hearted touch, Cameron joked that if Rajamouli ever plans to shoot something fun involving tigers or similar elements, he should definitely let him know so they could meet again.
