Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja joins hands with director Shiva Nirvana for the first time in the much-anticipated film Irumudi, produced by Mythri Movie Makers. The project has already created considerable excitement, and the makers added to the buzz by unveiling the film’s title along with its first look on the occasion of Ravi Teja’s birthday.
Titled Irumudi, inspired by the sacred Ayyappa tradition, the film instantly stands out for its spiritual undertone. The first-look poster presents Ravi Teja in a strikingly new devotional avatar, wearing mala attire, vibhuti, rudraksha beads, and carrying the symbolic Irumudi bag. Set amidst a colorful spiritual congregation, his radiant smile reflects the cultural and devotional soul of the film. The presence of a young girl in his arms hints at a touching father–daughter relationship that appears central to the narrative.
Director Shiva Nirvana is said to have crafted a compelling story that blends emotional family drama with Ravi Teja’s trademark mass appeal. The first look itself promises a refreshing and never-before-seen characterization for the actor, making Irumudi a unique addition to his filmography.
Priya Bhavani Shankar stars as the female lead, while Baby Nakshathra plays the daughter’s role. The film’s music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with Vishnu Sarma handling cinematography.
Currently under production, Irumudi is shaping up as one of the most intriguing and emotionally rich projects in Ravi Teja’s career.
