Happening comedian Satya joins Varun Tej's 15th film

Comedian Satya, fresh off the success of his recent buddy cop comedy ‘Mathu Vadalara 2’, has been roped in for a significant role in Varun Tej’s upcoming 15th film. The project, penned and directed by Merlapaka Gandhi of ‘Express Raja’ fame, is a full-length comic caper.

Production on the film is set to begin in November, with a significant portion of the shooting taking place in South Korea. The South Korean schedule is expected to last for more than six weeks starting January 2025.

Satya’s addition is a plus for the untitled movie, which promises to be a fun and entertaining watch. The comedian, after the success of ‘Mathu Vadalara 2’, is buzzed to have doubled his fee. At the same time, he is becoming choosy, considering that he wants to share screen space with male leads so he gets to be part of substantial scenes.

Varun Tej is currently working on ‘Matka’, which is directed by Karuna Kumar of ‘Palasa’ fame. Meenakshi Chaudhary, Nora Fatehi, Naveen Chandra and others will also be seen in the film.
