Nandamuri Balakrishna suffered a minor muscle tear while shooting a high-octane action sequence for his upcoming film NBK111 in Kakinada on Tuesday. Following the injury, doctors advised the veteran actor to undergo a minor surgical procedure, bringing the film’s shooting to a temporary halt.

The unexpected news left Balakrishna’s fans concerned, with social media flooded with messages wishing the actor a speedy recovery.

Among the first to respond was Jr NTR, who shared a heartfelt message on X. He wrote, “Get well soon Bala Babai. Wishing you a speedy recovery and good health. Looking forward to seeing you roar back in full form…” His warm words quickly went viral, highlighting the close bond and mutual affection between the two members of the Nandamuri family.

Meanwhile, the makers of NBK111 have temporarily suspended filming. The team is expected to resume shooting only after Balakrishna completes his treatment and receives medical clearance.
