The Leaderboard Task in Bigg Boss Season 9 turned highly intense with a gripping face-off between Tanuja and Emmanuel. As the task progressed, only Tanuja, Emmanuel, and Sanjana remained in the race. Eventually, the housemates voted to eliminate Sanjana from the task, setting up a direct battle between Tanuja and Emmanuel.

In the balloon-basket challenge, both contestants gave their absolute best. Emmanuel managed to place 12 balloons into the basket, while Tanuja followed closely with 11 balloons. When the buzzer rang, Emmanuel had the higher count, and he was declared the winner of that round.

Tanuja Chooses Audience Voting Over Immunity

Later, another task was held where Sanjana, Tanuja, and Emmanuel had to retrieve items from a pool using a key and arrange them according to the properties assigned to them. Emmanuel once again emerged victorious in this task.

With Emmanuel, Tanuja, and Sanjana lasting till the very end on the leaderboard, Bigg Boss announced the final task. The contestants were asked to push the bags given to them using a stick into a basket and then place them into a larger container. The contestant who managed to place the highest number of bags would see their flag rise, earning a chance at Final Week immunity.

In this crucial task, Tanuja outperformed everyone by placing the maximum number of bags into her basket, effectively winning the immunity challenge for the week.

However, Bigg Boss called Tanuja into the confession room and presented her with a choice. To claim immunity, ₹3 lakhs would be deducted from the prize money she had already won. Tanuja firmly declined the offer, stating that she preferred to earn immunity through audience voting instead. Though she won the task, she chose not to take the immunity, winning the hearts of viewers with her decision.

Emmanuel Left Emotional After Final Task Loss

Emmanuel was visibly upset after losing the final task. Overwhelmed with emotion, he hugged Kalyan and broke down in tears. The housemates came together to console him, showing strong emotional support during the moment.

With just one week remaining in Bigg Boss Season 9, the competition inside the house has become even more intense. Instead of relaxing as the finale approaches, the housemates are displaying greater determination and fighting spirit in every task. The audience strongly feels that all contestants in the Top 5 are deserving, and while only one will lift the trophy, everyone in the house is giving their best to impress viewers and finish strong.
