Chiyaan Vikram Ditches Luxury Car, Takes Auto to Escape Fans After Veera Dheera Sooran 2 Screening

Tamil superstar Chiyaan Vikram surprised everyone when he left the Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 screening in an auto-rickshaw to avoid the massive crowd of fans. The actor attended the show at Sathyam Theatre in Chennai on Thursday night. After the screening, a huge crowd gathered outside the theatre and blocked his way to his luxury car. To avoid the chaos, he quickly hopped into an auto-rickshaw and sped away from the venue.

His manager shared a video where Vikram tells his team that he will take the auto to reach home. However, excited fans surrounded the auto as well, forcing him to wave and ask them to stay safe while he left. The incident showcased the actor’s simplicity, and his humble gesture won hearts online.

Legal Issues Delayed the Film’s Release

The makers originally planned to release Veera Dheera Sooran Part 2 on March 27, 2025, but financial issues forced them to postpone it. IVY Entertainment Pvt Ltd filed a legal dispute against the production company, which led the court to demand a Rs 7 crore payment for the film’s release. As a result, the makers cancelled the morning and noon shows, disappointing eager fans.

However, by the evening, the production team resolved the financial issues and cleared the film for release. Director SU Arun Kumar released a video apologizing to fans for the delay and encouraged them to watch the film from the evening shows.

The action-packed thriller features Chiyaan Vikram in the lead role as a grocery store owner who gets caught in a gripping conflict. SJ Suryah plays a senior police officer, while Suraj Venjaramoodu and Dushara Vijayan take on key roles. Interestingly, the filmmakers decided to release the second part before the first, creating a buzz.

Cinematographer Theni Eswar captured the film’s striking visuals, while G.V. Prakash Kumar composed the music. G.K. Prasanna edited the film, and C.S. Balachandar handled the art direction. Riya Shibu produced the film under HR Pictures, and the film’s positive reviews have boosted its box office prospects.
