‘Lucky Baskhar’, starring Dulquer Salmaan as the leading man, has been postponed indefinitely from September 7th. The news has been communicated internally within the Telugu film industry. Following the unofficial postponement, Dil Raju Productions chose the date for its family entertainer, Suhas’ ‘Janaka Aithe Ganaka’.
‘Lucky Baskhar’, produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments and Sai Soujanya of Fortune Four Cinemas, stars Meenakshi Chaudhary as the heroine. Its postponement bodes well for Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘The Greatest Of All Time’, which is scheduled to arrive at the cinemas on September 5th. Sithara Entertainments’ movie would have occupied a vast number of screens in the Telugu States. With the postponement of DQ’s movie, the obvious beneficiaries would be Vijay’s ‘GOAT’ and Suhas’ family entertainer.
So, what could be the new release date of ‘Lucky Baskhar’? At this point, nobody has an idea. The film could be an October or November release.
