Band Melam: Love Speaks Louder Through Tears

After making a mark with Court, young actor Harsh Roshan returns to the big screen with the upcoming Telugu film Band Melam, where he stars alongside Apalla Sridevi. The film is being produced by Kona Venkat and directed by Sathish Javvaji.

On the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the makers unveiled a special promo that offers a glimpse into the emotional world of the film and its lead characters. The teaser sets a poignant tone, presenting a story rooted in love, friendship, and heartbreak.

The glimpse shows Harsh Roshan in an intense emotional state, seen drinking with his friends as he opens up about his shattered love story. With tears in his eyes, he reveals that he once dreamed of spending his life with Sridevi’s character but is now left heartbroken. In a powerful moment, he declares that he would rather marry his loyal male friend who stood by him through thick and thin than the girl he once considered his everything.

The line “Sometimes love is expressed better in tears” perfectly captures the soul of the film. Set against the rustic backdrop of rural Andhra Pradesh, Band Melam appears to explore teenage romance layered with raw human emotions and emotional turmoil. Apalla Sridevi is introduced through multiple visually appealing shots, hinting at a tender yet intense love story.

Adding freshness to the narrative is the music composed by Vijay Bulganin, which enhances the emotional depth of the teaser.

Produced by Kavya and Shravya under the Kona Film Corporation banner and presented by Kona Venkat, Band Melam is slated for a theatrical release on March 13.
