Anaganaga Oka Raju Maintains Steady Run in Nizam: Two-Day Collections Revealed

The Sankranthi festive season witnessed the release of the light-hearted entertainer Anaganaga Oka Raju, starring Naveen Polishetty in the lead role, with Meenakshi Chaudhary as the female protagonist. Directed by Maari and produced by Naga Vamsi, the film opened to fairly positive word of mouth from its first shows on January 14, 2026.

At the box office, Anaganaga Oka Raju registered respectable numbers, especially in the Nizam region. The film collected a share of Rs. 1.4 crore on its opening day. Day two saw a marginal growth, with collections touching Rs. 1.5 crore share, backed by steady footfalls across theatres. With this, the film’s two-day Nizam total stands at Rs. 2.9 crore share.

With the weekend now underway, trade circles expect audience turnout to improve further, helping the film sustain a decent run at the ticket windows. On the whole, the worldwide gross for the first two days is estimated to be close to Rs. 35 crore.

Apart from Naveen Polishetty and Meenakshi Chaudhary, the film features Rao Ramesh, Tarak Ponnappa, Goparaju Ramana, Revanth, Chalaki Chanti, and Bhadram in prominent roles. The project is co-produced by Sai Soujanya under Fortune Four Cinemas, while the music is composed by Mickey J Meyer.
