Superstar Allu Arjun has confirmed that he will star in Ravanam, the dream project of Prashanth Neel, the visionary director behind KGF and Salaar. Renowned producer Dil Raju will back this high-octane film, making it one of the most powerful collaborations in Indian cinema right now.

Ravanam: A Power-Packed Collaboration Begins

According to confirmed reports, Ravanam will bring together Allu Arjun and the master of mass-action blockbusters, Prashanth Neel. While the team hasn’t officially announced the film yet, strong industry buzz confirms that Dil Raju has already locked the project and is pushing it forward. Neel reportedly developed the film’s title and concept from a story he has nurtured for years.

Instead of going the typical commercial route, Ravanam will focus on a character-driven, intense drama packed with large-scale action and emotional depth. As with Neel’s earlier films, fans can expect dark themes, stylized action, and a powerful role tailor-made for Allu Arjun.

Prashanth Neel Juggles Two Big Projects

As he prepares for Ravanam, Prashanth Neel continues to direct his upcoming pan-Indian film NTRNEEL (tentatively titled Dragon) with Jr NTR in the lead role. He plans to release this action-packed film on June 25, 2026. Reports suggest that Sapta Sagaradaache Ello actress Rukmini Vasanth may play the female lead.

What’s Next for Allu Arjun?

At the same time, Allu Arjun is filming a grand sci-fi project titled AA22xA6, directed by Atlee. The team has already begun an intense shooting schedule in Mumbai, which features extensive VFX work. The film explores the concept of parallel universes, and Allu Arjun will reportedly play multiple roles, including an animated version of his character, something never before seen in Indian cinema.

The film features Deepika Padukone in a leading role. Alongside her, actresses like Mrunal Thakur, Janhvi Kapoor, and Bhagyashri Borse are expected to join the cast. This marks Allu Arjun’s longest outdoor shoot, showcasing the film’s massive ambition and scale.
