But despite the strong opening, the team cannot relax yet. Akhanda 2 is one of the most expensive films in Balakrishna’s career. For buyers to be safe, the film must become the biggest hit of Balayya’s career, possibly breaking all-time records. Since the movie relies heavily on Balayya’s image and action episodes, its long-run performance will depend on how well it appeals to family audiences.
