NKRAR2: GV Prakash Kumar Joins Anil Ravipudi’s Sankranthi Entertainer

The much-awaited collaboration between blockbuster director Anil Ravipudi, Victory Venkatesh, and Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is once again making headlines. Tentatively titled NKRAR2, the prestigious project, which is being planned as a grand Sankranthi entertainer, has officially welcomed acclaimed music director GV Prakash Kumar on board.

To announce the exciting update, the makers released a hilarious promotional video featuring a clever recreation inspired by an iconic comedy sequence involving legendary comedian Sutthi Veerabhadra Rao and Brahmanandam from the classic film Vivaha Bhojanambu. The creative video instantly grabbed attention and hinted at the film’s entertaining and vibrant musical journey.

The team revealed that the concept was designed to symbolize the wide range of emotions and musical flavors GV Prakash Kumar will bring to the soundtrack. They also expressed their gratitude to the composer for enthusiastically participating in the fun-filled promotional shoot.

Sharing his excitement, GV Prakash Kumar said he thoroughly enjoyed shooting the announcement video and is looking forward to delivering a memorable album for the film. He concluded his message with an energetic “Kummedddam,” adding to the excitement surrounding the project.

The film is set for a grand launch on June 18, 2026, while regular shooting will commence from June 22, 2026. Actress Krithi Shetty has already been finalized as one of the female leads, with the remaining cast currently being locked.

Produced by Shine Screens in association with Suresh Productions and Zee Studios, the film is being bankrolled by Sahu Garapati on a massive scale and is expected to be one of the biggest attractions of the 2027 Sankranthi season.
