In this context, heroine Varsha Bollamma shared the special features of ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’ in a press conference.
How did you get into the project ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’?
Director VI Anand narrated this story. It felt so new and amazing to me. I wondered how could they think of such a story? A role like this has never been done before. can Or? I asked for some time to think. Then Anand gave a complete narration. I was very happy to hear that. I believe that I can do it.
About your role in ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’?
I will be seen in the role of Bhumi. Bhumi Tribal Girl. A self-educated girl in her work. Looks pretty innocent. A girl who has the courage to stand up. The strength of that character will be understood by the audience while watching the movie. I appeared in Swathimutyam and Middle-Class Melodies in the roles of Girl Next Door. In this, the role of Girl Next Forest should be called (laughs). If you look at the trailer, I have an action scene. There is a lot of strength and power in Bhumi’s character.
Did you play a tribal role? What kind of challenges did you face?
I am from hill station(Coorg). Nature is a part of life. Even in real life we worship trees, rivers, hills, and animals. That’s the way Bhumi’s role is that I can relate to.
How was it working with Sandeep Kishan?
Sandeep Kishan treats everyone with great respect. He talks to everyone very warmly. He is a kind man. A good human being. Great co-star.
Have you seen VI Anand’s movies? What made you choose yourself for this role, you ask?
I saw the movie ‘Where are you going, little one?’ Liked it a lot. All the elements have been shown very well in it. It was very exciting to work with him. When I wrote this story, I felt very happy to know that my name was written for the role of Bhumi.
What kind of feeling does ‘Ooru Peru Bhairavakona’ give to the audience?
‘Uru Parama Bhairavakona’ is an out-and-out entertainer. It gives the audience an edge-of-the-seat thrilling experience. There are wonderful supernatural elements. The audience will enjoy it a lot. It also has a very good message.

Are you very particular about choosing characters?
Although the length is short, I am interested in doing important roles in the film. So far all the roles I have done have come like that.

Doing a good project. The makers will inform about it soon. I have done films in Telugu Tamil Malayalam. Soon there is a possibility to do it in Kannada as well.
