Telangana Forest Minister Konda Surekha’s comments on the Naga Chaitanya-Samantha divorce have sparked widespread condemnation from prominent figures in the Telugu film industry.
Leading the charge, Chiranjeevi expressed his deep pain and disappointment over the “disgraceful remarks.” He emphasized the importance of respecting the privacy of individuals, especially women, and called for an end to such vicious verbal assaults.
Venkatesh expressed his sadness over the use of a personal situation for political gain. In his social media post, the senior actor spoke of the importance of mutual respect and dignity in public discourse, urging public figures to avoid dragging private lives into the political arena.
Jr NTR echoed Chiranjeevi’s sentiments, condemning Surekha for dragging personal lives into politics. He stressed the need for public figures, particularly those in positions of power, to maintain dignity and respect for privacy.
Allu Arjun joined the chorus of voices condemning Surekha’s comments. He pledged his support for film personalities and their families, highlighting the importance of promoting dignity in society. “I urge the parties involved to act more responsibly and respect individual privacy, especially towards women. We must promote respect and dignity in society as a whole,” he said.
Nani criticized Surekha’s irresponsible statements, highlighting the importance of accountability and respect for all individuals, regardless of their profession or political affiliation.
