In the Trailer for ‘Darling’, Priyadarshi is a naive young man who dreams of honeymooning in Paris with his future wife. He falls in love with a cutesy woman played by Nabha Natesh. So far, so good.
Once he marries her, he is in a ‘split personality’ soup. The wife reveals herself to be capable of being gentle and violent in two shakes of a lamb’s tail. As Ananya Nagalla’s character says, she is suffering from a split personality disorder.
Director Aswin Raam might give us a twist, though. The wife could well be pretending to be suffering from a psychological issue. The husband could be someone who needs to come of age, necessitating the whole messy situation.
‘HanuMan’ producer K Niranjan Reddy of PrimeShow Entertainment has worked with Brahmanandam, Krishna Teja, Moin, Shiva Reddy, Muralidhar Goud, Kalynee Raj, Sunitha Manohar, Mullapudi Rajeshwari, Abhignya, Jeevan, Sanjay Swarup, Raghu Babu and others.
The film is scheduled to arrive at the cinemas on July 19th.
