Geeta Sankaram is a love story being produced by renowned businessman K. Devanand under the banner of SSMG Productions under the banner of Mukesh Gowda and Priyanka Sharma under the direction of debutant Rudra. The first look of the film, which is currently undershooting, was unveiled at the company’s office on Friday to celebrate Diwali.
On this occasion, producer Devanand said,
We have completed every task started in the name of our SSMG organization established in the name of our beloved Lord Sri Selvamahaganapathi with his blessings. We are entering into film production for the first time. We are confident that we will succeed here as well. This is a good love story visual poem. It is currently in the shooting stage. The new schedule will start from 14th of this month. About 20 people told stories when they decided to make a film. But I liked the point made by director Rudra. That’s why we started this movie. I can confidently say that it will entertain the audience with topics that appeal to all sections. He said that he is very happy that everyone in the unit is working hard for this.
Actor Muralidhar said I am playing the heroine’s father in this story which takes place in a village backdrop. A role with good priority. He said that he wishes that this ‘Geeta Shankaram’ will be a success with the support and encouragement of all the audience.
Director Rudra said, Special thanks to my producer Devanand for believing in me and giving me a chance. Also, I am thankful to the artists and technicians who are working hard with me to make the film come out amazing. Efforts made to screen this story for two years have now borne fruit. The media also wants to support it. He said that it is opening with topics that everyone likes.
Hero Mukesh Gowda says, I am very happy to launch the first look of my first movie as a gift this Diwali. Thanks to the director and producers who selected me as the hero of this story. A movie full of love and affection. How he became a good actor in serials.. I have a firm belief that he will get a good name on the silver screen with this film. Our ‘Geetha Shankaram’ said that the youth will like it very much.
Heroine Priyanka Sharma said, I feel very lucky to get a chance to act in a role that has scope for acting. I am very happy that director Rudra has chosen me for the pivotal role of Geetha in his dream project. I am more than happy that the first look will be launched on the occasion of Diwali. It is not easy for an artist to get such a script. I think God’s grace is coming to me. Thanks to all the unit who are supporting me.
